Sr. Systems Specialist/Requirements Management – Functional Description: Reviews technical problems; provides solutions for software, hardware and systems; and troubleshoots operating anomalies using data review methodologies and/or automated evaluation programs. Supports and works under the guidance of the Assistant Program Manager of Systems Engineering (APMSE). Creates and maintains requirement database structure(s) to insure proper tractability from high level capabilities to low level derived requirements ensuring adherence to all NAVAIR requirement management processes and procedures directed through AIR 4.1G. The Senior Systems Specialist also analyzes data and solves problems; communicates with peers, subordinates and senior management; and identifies objects, actions and events affecting organizational operations.
NET Developer – Highly desired technical skills include ADO.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL Server.Ā Highly desired professional skills include excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
Senior Courseware Support Manager – Currently seeking a qualified Senior Courseware Support/Training Analyst to assist our Pax River, MD customer.Ā The incumbent performs program management, technical, training, or business analysis. Provides program analysis support and has extensive knowledge of DoD systems acquisitions in the program management career field specifically. Serves as the Courseware Level III Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead and supports the VH-92A Training Program Level II IPTL, and other Level III IPTLs as applicable ā directs business meetings in required technical areas. Primary responsibility is to monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of the Courseware IPT.
Master Scheduler – Seeking a Integrated Master Scheduler to support the development of (and maintain) an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for multiple training system programs using Microsoft Project Server.Ā They will interface with Integrated Product Team Leads to acquire schedule data;Ā input/update/status project schedules; meet with Project Leads and Program Managers to discuss scheduling issues/delays/concerns; present schedule data at Project Design Reviews and provide status reports as required to leadership.
