CAD Designer –

Skills Required (Mandatory):


Minimum 4 years drafting work experience in a Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Utility discipline
AutoCAD 2012 or later
Basic computer knowledge
Windows operating system
Microsoft Office 2010 or later; Word, Outlook, Excel
Web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox)
Work independently and efficiently
Work well as part of a team
Be resourceful enough to address problems and issues as they arise
Recognize and suggest solutions to improve the work environment
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance

Senior Pricing Analyst/Specialist –
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Price and/or cost volume lead responsible for understanding and communicating Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, developing and presenting cost and price briefings, pricing proposals, analyzing cost data, and recommending pricing approach to upper management.
Perform cost/price analysis, profitability analysis, and develop pricing templates and models to evaluate different strategies and “what-if” scenarios.
Develop complex pricing strategies and perform risk and cash flow analysis.
Research and understand competitive environment for comparable solutions and services and apply that to developing pricing strategies.
Prepare proposal cost volumes with supporting documentation in compliance with FAR, RFP requirements, and internal estimating policies and procedures. The proposals will document the estimating basis, methodology, and underlying support for proposed amounts.
Support management reviews, customer audits and proposal negotiations, plus prepare explanations of cost estimates and recommendations for presentation to senior management.
Specify and coordinate proposal input from other groups, review customer requests, work statements and other proposal data to assure appropriateness, accuracy, and completeness of content. This includes, but is not limited to, working closely with project management leads to develop services labor hour estimates, and working with vendors, subcontractors, and procurement to develop a current consolidated priced summary bill of material.

Principal Business Analyst –
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Read and understand documentation pertaining to Census business
Understand the scope of the CEDCaP project and the systems involved
Be able to work with Census stakeholders directly to receive information and update documentation on a regular basis
Be able to support multiple activities
Be able to use SharePoint, MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio
Have good communication and writing skills
Responsible for overall direction, control and reporting of multiple projects.
Provide technical and management guidance to ensure all schedule and cost objectives are achieved successfully.
Develop project documentation including budgets, project schedules and various planning and implementation documents.
Determine and acquire resources to complete projects.
Responsible for the technical content and phases of project execution. Direct, advice and manage technical project staff.
Provide management for projects involving a mixture of standard and nonstandard hardware and software items, multiple sites and special applications or processes for implementation.
