Signing a 2-year lease, the Department of Veterans Affairs hopes to see patients at it’s 5,000 square foot Lake Charles clinic by December. The new facility at 814 W. McNeese is only a temporary fix before a larger facility is developed elsewhere in the parish, and veterans have been asking for it for years.
