An internal memo obtained by 9Wants to Know describes how more than 60 veterans had to have their appointments canceled because of the VAās failure to approve the transfer of another VA doctor from Colorado Springs.
A new doctor was needed to replace an outgoing psychiatrist who had to retire early for personal reasons.
