cdcSHARE YOUR STORY AND HELP SAVE LIVES

Over the past few years, Center for Disease Control (CDC) had more than 25 people share their real stories on what smoking has done to them through the Tips From Former Smokers campaign.

Those stories have inspired hundreds of thousands of people to quit smoking for good.

This is your chance to join them and keep what happened to you from happening to others.

If you are a former smoker who is serving or has served in the military and has been diagnosed with a serious health condition due to smoking, please respond to CDC now and no later than October 30, 2014*.

Veterans entering the study must have quit using tobacco for at least 6 months, be able to pass a Background Check, and be willing to have your doctor sign a legal statement verifying that smoking either caused, or contributed to your health condition.

Compensation of $2500 is awarded if selected.
