DIRECTORS: Admissions – Bus. Dev. – Brand Management –

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least five years sales management experience is required, with a preference given to those with experience in intangible services sales and inside sales teams.
• Market development experience in B2B and/or B2C or 3-5 years of college admissions management.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring and building a team.
• Proven experience in meeting sales goals and developing strategies.
• General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred, but not required. However, a strong belief in the value of education is a must.
• Experience in admissions at another college or university desired, but not required.

Project Managers – 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years’ project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High energy and motivation.
• Exceptional client services and relationship building ability.
• Strong technical project management experience.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to focus on details as well as big picture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Jira/Confluence experience preferred.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices preferred.
