GoodBar to Honor Servicemembers with “Patriotic Pours” Initiative and Specialty Discount for Veterans Day
San Diego – GoodBar, Point Loma’s popular neighborhood bar located at 1872 Rosecrans St., will honor the brave who serve our country with its “Patriotic Pours” initiative and an increased discount extended to all military personnel in celebration of Veterans Day, available exclusively on Friday, Nov. 11.
The Patriotic Pours initiative allows GoodBar guests to show their gratitude for active duty and retired servicemembers by purchasing a beer, wine or cocktail that servicemembers can redeem during their visit. GoodBar will keep an ongoing record and tally of the available Patriotic Pours, which will be paid forward to guests 21 and over with a valid military ID.
As part of its support of the military, GoodBar will also extend a 25% discount to all veterans and active-duty military personnel.
Guests may also catch college basketball action with the 2022 Armed Forces Classic pitting Gonzaga against Michigan State from the flight deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln in San Diego, on a variety of high-definition televisions around the venue.
While watching the game, guests may indulge in a variety of cheesesteaks on Amoroso rolls; the signature GoodBurger, a Black Angus beef patty topped with American cheese, lettuce, pickles, and “That Good Sauce” specialty sauce; crispy chicken wings tossed in a choice of buffalo or spicy BBQ sauce; and more. GoodBar also features a rotating selection of locally crafted beers on tap.
