A group of veterans held a protest outside of the Saco City Hall this Independence Day.
The protest focused on flag etiquette, but more specifically the flags hanging on Main Street.
Veteran Jake Mulligan says he wrote a letter to Robert Biggs the Executive Director of Saco Main Street explaining to him that the seasonal banner hanging above the town’s American flags is breaking flag code.
