The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System prepares to open a new outpatient clinic for veterans in south Oklahoma City on Jan. 25.

The clinic will be located at 7919 Mid America Boulevard near the corner of I-240 and Sooner Road.

The clinic will provide primary care, mental health care, radiology services, and a pharmacy to up to 12,000 veterans in the metro.

“This is a clinic that has been in the works for about six years now,” said Stacy Rine, public affairs officer for the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. Rine said the new facility will help alleviate wait times at the main VA facility in downtown OKC.hire vets
